Please read it in its entirety. I do not lack of knowledge by any means. I simply think I need something and would love some advice for perhaps jar my memory.
They am 41, 5 ' 7 weighing 210 look that only I am near 180. But, Im done with the appearance of generator body, I want to lose weight and tone. I have tried everything. I think there is something wrong I am not getting. I dont drink any soda drink water throughout the day, hot cup of tea at bedtime (without sugar). I don't eat any bread, processed foods, candy, and I really dont like salt. I love spicy, take a multi vitamin every day meals. Do pilates 3 times a week, twice a week yoga. And walk to the large 3-5 times doggies 3-5 weekly miles each time. I am a person very occupied, active. Only perhaps sleeping 6 hours a night and Im ok with almost never feel tired or drained. Do not drink any alcohol. Cycling to the grocery store and feed mainly on fruit and vegetables and nuts. Eat Buffalo instead of the burger.I have a small stomache where you have to eat 4-5 small meals a day, "Hurt" meals great I will be inflarme.Tomo fiber every day too.
If you are not sure Im forgetting something? Oh-Im sure eat 1200-1500 calories a day have kept a journal log-well is that now what? Do you lose 5 pounds and then get 7 back? I have eaten this way for years, but it seems that Im really gaining faster? Do I have something medically wrong? I too tried bloodsugar only in the case and Im pretty darn normal. To stay around 80-112. Please someone - ask anyone to show me the light. So what am I doing wrong? Or what's wrong?I had thyroid tested 6 times!Only say normal levels?I am so lost. thanks!!!
